Gould & Ratner was in need of a fresh and modern space to bring their once dated office into the present. Designs included a new conference room, elevator lobby, main lobby, lounge area, and office cubicle space. Diverse seating arrangements were implemented to provide different options for meeting spaces outside the conference room.

To accomplish design goals, communal areas such as a lounge and café adjacent to the building atrium were constructed which complimented the natural energy of the building. To enable different space accommodations for clients and employees, a larger conference room was designed to include table seating accompanied by lounge seating along the three-sided glass windows. Glass installments also included floor to ceiling glass walls as opposed to an enclosed office space to push more collaborative, open-area workspaces.
